  1. Make a To-do list - Set aside a specific amount of time to do your tasks and stick to it.
  2. Use prompts - Post your list where you can see it everyday to remind you to take ACTION!
  1. Determine you're most productive time - Use this time to accomplish your most important tasks.
  2. Become totally committed - Complete each task by its deadline.
